Our Poker Nights
As part of our After-Hour Events, The Comic Stop hosts several Poker Nights per year. Each Poker Night starts at 8pm, after closing, and we serve food (usually BBQ or Pizza) and drinks for an hour or so. We start playing poker at about 9:00pm or 9:30pm.
The buy-in for the poker game is $5.00, which get you XX amount of chips for the game and helps pay for the food and drinks for the evening.
(Since there will be alcohol present at this game, no one under 21 is allowed.)
The Poker game consists of two rounds. The first round will be comprised of tables of 4-5 people. The winners of each table will go on to the second round. The Grand Prize Winner of the poker game will walk away with a prize to be announced for that night.

Occasionally, The Comic Stop in Lynnwood will host or participate in many types of events, such Free Comic Book Day or a store signing or sale. We even host several After-Hour Events, such as Poker or Game Nights, Summer BBQs and music concerts.

FREE COMIC BOOK DAY
All Day Saturday!
The Comic Stop is proud to participate in this annual event, as it has from the very beginning. Any and all who stop by on this fine day will be able to pick out many free comics from this year's batch of free comics. Unlike many other stores, we do not limit you to just a couple of free comics. You are free (and encouraged) to pick up a copy of each and every free comic made available! For a full list of what books are available this year, head on over to the Free Bomic Book Day website.
Free Comic Book Day will begin at 11:00am and continue until 8:00pm or until we are out of free comics to give away!

EMERALD CITY COMICON
Seattle's Biggest Comic Book Convention!
The Comic Stop is proud to host the Emerald City ComiCon, the largest comic book convention in the Pacific Northwest, back for it's sixth year!
Some of the many creators attending the show this year are David Finch, J. Michael Straczynski, Ethan Van Sciver, Robert Kirkman, Dan DiDio, Arthur Suydam, Darick Robertson, Jim Cheung, Phil Jimenez, Tim Sale , Bill Willingham, Ryan Ottley and many more!
Publishers included are Image, Top Cow, Dynamite, Dark Horse, Oni Press, Top Shelf, Fantagraphics, Rorschach Entertainment, Zenescope, and more!
As the staff of The Comic Stop runs the event, all Comic Stop locations will be closed for this weekend.
